Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of My Lab History (“we”, “us”, “the app”), available at https://mylabhistory.in. By using the app or paying for it, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app reads lab reports you add (PDFs, scanned PDFs and photos) inside your browser and creates a downloadable report with comparisons and trend charts. Your reports are processed and stored only on your device, for up to 24 hours, as described in our Privacy policy.

2. Not medical advice

The app is for information and record-keeping only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a qualified doctor.

3. Accuracy

Reading reports automatically, especially photos and scans, can make mistakes. The app shows what it read so you can check and correct every value before saving. You are responsible for checking the values against your original reports. The original lab report remains the authoritative record.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only add reports that belong to you, or to family members who have agreed or for whom you are a parent or legal guardian.
• Don’t misuse the app, interfere with it, or try to get around payments.
• Keep your downloaded reports safe; they contain health information.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the Pricing page and in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. A payment covers the person or people shown at checkout, for 24 hours from payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

6. The 24-hour download period

After payment, your reports and download link are available on the device you used for 24 hours, then deleted automatically. You can download as many times as you need within that time. Download your report before it expires; we can’t recover it afterwards, because we never have a copy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy. In short: no refund once your report has been downloaded or the 24-hour period has passed; we refund payments where the report could not be delivered.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the app available but don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design and code belong to us. Your reports and the reports you download are yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the app’s output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms shown when you pay apply to that payment.
