Shipping and delivery policy

My Lab History is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

How it’s delivered

As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within a few seconds), the app unlocks in the same browser on your device.
Your complete report is created on your device and downloaded or shared as a PDF file when you tap Download.
The download stays available for 24 hours after payment, on the device you used. You can download it as many times as you need within that time.

If delivery doesn’t happen

If you paid but the app didn’t unlock, open My Lab History again on the same device; it checks the payment and continues automatically. If that doesn’t work, email customercare@mylabhistory.in with your Razorpay payment ID, and see our Refund policy.

Your reports are never uploaded, and we don’t store your details anywhere. My Lab History is completely ad-free, because we value your privacy.
